Product Information:
When you orders tables, tents or chairs from SuperFun our team will deliver to the drop/pickup spot of your choice.
This will be directly from our delivery truck onto a safe location with a stable surface, hard or grass.
The same spot for drop-off will be the spot our team will return to for pickup of the items you rent, with those items returned in the same condition that they were delivered.
If you would like our team to setup and/or takedown from the venue, there is an additional charge of $4 per item to bring the rental item from the drop location to the venue for setup.
This is to be ordered and charged in advance of the event. Sometimes a last minute decision at the time of delivery is requested. If so, our team will do the best they can, time permitting, since they may also have a strict schedule to adhere to. In the event of last minute change in the drop/setup choice, the charge for setup is $8, with the choice offered for either option (drop point or takedown) at the time of pickup.
The location for the setup takedown must be within 50 yards of the drop spot and must not be on even terrain, with no rough, gravel, muddy or uneven ground, steep slopes, or stairs more than a 3 foot variance.
