Our policy has always been that we offer a FULL CREDIT, without expiration, if you postpone your event after payment has been received by SuperFun Attractions. For 15 years our customers have been protected, knowing that if they have paid for an event and are forced or choose to cancel the original date, they will maintain a credit to be applied to any future event.
In light of the viral impact to our economy, we are enhancing that policy to offer our customers several options. We all know that everyone is hurting due to a loss of income and we don’t want to be part of the problem. Our goal has always been to bring SuperFun Happy times and precious memories to your day.

NO DISCOUNTS WILL APPLY TO EVENTS BOOKED FOLLOWING A CANCELLATION REFUND
To those who ask for a refund, we will gladly return your payment, with our hope that this will help you get through these difficult times.
